Board Certified Nurse Practitioner · Founder
Hello — I'm Lisa Holmes and I'm a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 38 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Over the years I've seen how hormone imbalance can negatively affect energy, mood, sleep, and overall quality of life. My goal is to provide personalized HRT for both men and women in a supportive and compassionate setting.
My approach is simple: listen closely, create a thoughtful, evidence-based plan, and guide you every step of the way. Whether it's menopause, low testosterone, thyroid concerns, or overall wellness, I believe your care should be personalized and tailored to your specific needs.
I founded CNY Hormone Center to combine my medical expertise with my passion for helping people feel their best, and I'm proud to bring this to the CNY community.
